Heads of international departments at emergency management ministries of some SCO member states, observers and dialogue partners, representatives of specialised UN agencies, international and regional organisations, as well as researchers from several countries involved in the Belt and Road project spoke at the webinar.
The participants held a detailed exchange of opinions regarding the implementation of the Ministerial Forum's results. They agreed to continue holding similar events, so as to further advance cooperation in the field of disaster risk reduction.
