On 9 June 2021, the Kazakhstani side chaired the third meeting via videoconference of SCO member states' experts to discuss the draft Concept for Creating the Pool of SCO Technology Parks and Innovation Clusters.
The sides covered the draft Concept and incoming proposals, as regards this document.
The sides pointed out the importance of expanding cooperation between technology parks of SCO member states. The participants also noted that mutually beneficial cooperation between technology parks and modern innovation clusters of the Organisation's member states would facilitate the sustainable development of national economies and boost their global competitiveness.
