SCO Agricultural Technology Exchange Training Center covers an area of 85 mu, with a building area of about 60000 square meters. It is located in Yangling Agricultural  SmartValley, Shaanxi Province, China. It focuses on the construction of training meeting area, exhibition area, cultural experience area, reception and accommodation area, and creates an agricultural technology exchange and training center integrating teaching and training, conference and exhibition, cultural exchange, catering and accommodation.  The total investment is estimated to be 600 million yuan, which will be solved by striving for 300 million yuan of fund support from central and provincial governments and 300 million yuan  of the demonstration area. The main functional areas will be completed and put into operation in 2021.
